What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in can be done from 3 p.m. while check-out must be done by 9:30 a.m. to allow for cleaning and sanitation.
Is it necessary to stay for a minimum number of nights?

Are in high season i.e. month of August and Christmas/New Year’s Day there is a minimum number of 7 nights. For the remaining period only one overnight stay is also possible.
Are animals allowed?

Animals, even small animals, are not allowed. It is a choice related to furniture materials.
Do you have parking?

We have a large private garage in the basement for our exclusive use where bicycles and sports equipment can also be parked.
Is smoking allowed?

Ours is a NON-SMOKING facility. Smoking is allowed only outside, i.e. on the terrace and in the surrounding outdoor area.
Which services are included and which are chargeable?

All services – WiFi, air conditioning/heating, parking, final cleaning – are included. There are no paid services.
